This change eliminates confusion around &#8220;on time&#8221; requirements and improves timeliness tracking, enabling providers to meet buyer expectations and build trust.<\/span><\/p>\n<a name=\"tools-to-prevent-schedule-conflicts\" class=\"fldn-table-of-contents-anchor\"><\/a><h2 id=\"tools-to-prevent-schedule-conflicts\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tools to prevent schedule conflicts<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Field Nation automatically alerts providers about schedule conflicts and offers tools to resolve them, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conflict notifications when assignments overlap<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enhanced calendar view for schedule visibility<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Direct schedule change requests to work order managers<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<a name=\"coming-soon\" class=\"fldn-table-of-contents-anchor\"><\/a><h2 id=\"coming-soon\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coming soon<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A new arrival window schedule type is in development to offer more scheduling flexibility. This enhancement will allow providers to arrive within specified windows and set specific start times that work best for their schedule.
