One field service executive said they were &#8220;personally just thankful that our year didn&#8217;t end in July.&#8221; However, momentum has shifted positively in recent months, with numerous organizations reporting upticks in project volume.<\/span><\/p>\n<a name=\"2025-project-pipeline-building\" class=\"fldn-table-of-contents-anchor\"><\/a><h2 id=\"2025-project-pipeline-building\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2025 project pipeline building\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants noted that some projects lined up had been delayed and are now expected to ramp up in 2025.
