This guide will help you understand and navigate a Field Nation offering called Managed Recruitment \u2014 invitation-only opportunities for our technician community that exists outside of general marketplace listings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/a>

What is a Managed Recruitment?<\/b><\/h2>\n

A Managed Recruitment helps Field Nation clients recruit qualified technicians for upcoming work that the client has been awarded. The invitation is only sent to a subset of technicians that meet the requirements and expectations set by the client.<\/span><\/p>\n

Typically, a Managed Recruitment targets technicians with specific experience or qualifications. Once a Managed Recruitment is set up, the platform identifies pre-qualified technicians based on their work order history, profile, screenings, or certifications, and invites them to apply.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Once you are invited to a Managed Recruitment, you will need to provide additional information to determine whether or not you meet all of the requirements for the opportunity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There may be scenarios where a technician is invited to participate in a Managed Recruitment but doesn’t have the exact certification or credential the client is looking for.
